I am away on vacation in Hilton Head right now so the projects I am going to share over the next few posts are from my downline meeting. Hope you like them.
The first one is an Animal Crackers box made with the Box #2 die. It is so easy because you only add a smidge of sticky-strip on the edge. I used the Wide Oval punch on the front of the box and covered the hole with window sheets. Now it is a peek-a-boo box :)
The new DSP Tall Tales matches great with these crackers, don't ya think.

Well, it is official...the new In Colors are HERE! Check them out. Here are the new names...repeat after me - Rich Razzleberry, Soft Suede, Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo and Dusty Durango!

At my downline meeting this month, we used these colors to create a fun pinwheel to show them all off. So pretty! Don't you just want them all...NOW.

From July 1-31, SU is offering a new Deal of the Week each Monday at 10:00 AM (MT). The first deal of the week, beginning July 1 at noon (MT) is (drum roll, please)...
This is a fabulous punch and why not get it on sale. To place an online order, just click on the 24-hour promo on the top right of this blog.
112091 Scallop Edge Punch (reg $15.99) Special price $10.99 before shipping and tax.
While you are ordering your punch, be sure and pickup the new In Colors. You are gonna love them all!

Here are a few more of the cards we did at my Stamp-a-Stack.
This quilting technique is fun and easy. Just cover your paper with DSP and run it through the Big Shot Top Note. Then run that through the Texturz Plate plaid. Kinda hard to see the dimension here but it is really nice.
This cute flower is made with the Round Tab punch. Just punch the DSP and fold in half and place around your circle punch. Really fun...really easy! (Sorry about the sun glare)
Check out these cards we did at my Stamp-a-Stack this past Sunday.
This one used the Texturz Plate from SU Backgrounds 1 and the Oval All stamp set. This set made it to the new catalog - I just love it!
Loved this cute little gator but he is gone now :(
This beautiful butterfly is made from the hostess set God's Beauty and glossy white paper. Not something I use often. Here it is sponged with Summer Sun and Pumpkin Pie and stamped with Inspired by Nature. The tops of the cattails are punched with the horizontal slot punch. This card looks great with the Basic Gray background.
The last one I am going to show you today is made with Doodle This on Pacific Point. The big flower is stamped in Stazon and cut out. Turn it upside down and curl the petals to the middle. I pressed them into a large glue dot and added the top of a rhinestone brad to the middle. This adds a really fun dimension.

I won't tell you how old I am BUT I will show you a couple of hand-made cards and goodies I received.
Check this one out from Stasia. She used one of my favorite stamp sets, thankfully it is still in the new catalog. Don't you just love that new Rich Razzelberry color !
This beautiful card is from Jen in my downline. I LOVE the colors of the new In-Colors, they are so rich. The flowers are from Petal Pizzazz.
Thank you Lorraine for the beautiful flowers for my deck/porch. I love the colors combo.
I special thanks goes out to my friend Dolly for all the amazing food she brought for us at our downline meeting. The birthday cake was delicious. Best of luck with the addition to your store. I WILL be a frequent customer.

Here is the cute card that I made for my husband yesterday. It is made with 'And Many Mower' from the Occasions Mini. I made a few cards with this stamp set for later use. Manchester DSP is used to make the holder/envelope design for the card on the inside.
He is rebuilding our deck and grill area and it is almost finished. It is B-E-A-utiful. I will post pictures soon. Along with the card, he got some UV shirts to take to the Boy Scout SeaBase trip (sailing in the Florida Keys) with my oldest son at the end of this week. AND, to go with that new grill I got him all kinds of new grill toys...kabob skewers, grill brush, pizza pans, vegi & meat holder and other stuff. Yum, pizza on the grill !
Happy Father's Day dear.
